In this tiny, dark outdoor space, I’ve been carefully designing a garden that blends the serene beauty of traditional Japanese gardens with the lush, mystical atmosphere of a rainforest. The goal is to transform this small city space into a tranquil retreat, where every plant and stone is thoughtfully placed to create harmony. Drawing on the principles of balance, simplicity, and natural beauty, the design will feature dark foliage, textured plants, and quiet corners that invite relaxation. Despite the limited size and light, this garden will come to life with vibrant shades of green, unique textures, and a sense of peaceful stillness, offering a serene escape right in the heart of the city.
